After you place an order, send your pet’s photos to paw.paints25@gmail.com to get started!
The clearer the photo, the more detail I can include—so please send high-quality, well-lit images. I can’t begin painting until I receive your pet’s photos, so be sure to send them as soon as possible to get on my schedule!
All animals are welcome—dogs, cats, horses, birds, reptiles—if you’ve got a good picture, I can paint it.
Once I’ve finished, I’ll send you a photo of the completed work before I ship it. I want you to love your portrait, so I will work hard to ensure I capture the true spirit and beauty of your pet! I won’t ship the painting until I hear back that you’re completely satisfied with the result.

No refunds are accepted once the product is completed. If I have not started your portrait yet I will issue a refund, but other than that check the FAQ for refunds.
If you need your item shipped please choose flat rate shipping. If you are local to me and we have communicated that you can pick up your portrait please choose local pickup.
